The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city. The most typical tapas areas are just a short walk from the hotel. Good restaurants around. You can walk around the main streets and squares of Granada, go to the Paseo del Darro, Albaicin, etc. The hotel welcomes you with a beautiful patio, the building is very nice. It is a classic hotel, quiet, pleasant and very comfortable.
The centre of Granada and almost all cities are becoming increasingly difficult to reach in your own vehicle. Restricted traffic areas make it difficult to access the hotel and even the establishment's own car park. On this occasion, we could not reach the hotel with our car because the streets of the centre were cut off for a local party. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I think it's interesting to bear it in mind.

The rooms are airy and inviting with sound of swallows, big bathroom, for example. The breakfast is extensive. The location is brilliant and handy in a vibrant area, just next door to the Albaycin, Granada, and the cathedral, market and restaurants.

location of the hotel is fantastic, right behind the Granda Town Hall. the reception staff and very friendly and attentive floor staff. We were surprised, we arrived at the room, some attentions with fruit and water. detail! Besides, in the surroundings of the hotel there are several good places to have lunch and/or dinner and to have breakfast. As we are right in the centre there are many options.
Access to the hotel by car is a little tricky, despite following the directions given by the staff, because the streets are very similar and road stands out little over the steelworks. With the traffic that there was, I entered the hotel on Reyes Católicos street, is NOT to be driven on, I think I will receive a fine, as the centre is restricted. Instead, hotel staff was very willing to help us claim the fine along with the bill for the stay if it came home. I didn't like the circuit that has to be done to get there, everything about the hotel is perfect, in my opinion, is a problem for the Town Hall. Thanks for the help!

Just a reliable pick for a momentary pause in Granada with best value. The breakfast was affordable with a great selection of cold cuts. Ask for a central map upon check-in to make navigating easier.

the hotel has a good location, besides having a very nice reception.
bad conditions in which they have the hotel as since we rented two rooms within which one of them had a horrible stink of cigarette when the hotel is supposed to be rooms where you can not smoke and that smell so unpleasant that was already impregnated throughout the room and managers in front desk told us that it was normal and that the most they could do was give us an aromatizer. Being so annoying that even disgusted to enter that room the night controller realized that they had not solved anything the day shift decided to change our room for one without the smell of cigarettes and thus we could spend the rest of our stay more pleasant but not entirely because in the other room was not working air conditioning but for heating and all this could not be solved because the hotel was full. It is incredible that a company like NH hotels, has not solved these details as air conditioners or rooms with such a bad smell and want to tell us that is normal, that the rooms are when it is not true and tried to deceive us. It was a bad experience.

best thing: the bed and soundproofing, although not total, is very accomplished. comfort is very good. location is perfect. They extended us one more day and gave us a superior room and we didn't even have to change our bags. Excellent service. hall is great.
It is not the fault of the hotel itself, but to arrive in a calvary (almost all the streets with restricted traffic). Recommendations to the hotel: the directions are not very useful since you can not be driving and reading, it is preferable short directions on a single sheet than so much image and video and make it clearer that you can go on the restricted roads. Another thing: they cost 2 or 3 euros in all Chinese, it is not a great investment, but if you put a brush in the toilet we appreciate both the customers and, surely, their cleaning staff (it is the first one I go and does not have) The parking is extremely expensive.

Hesperia Granada was a beautiful building, and had a great location.
Our room was freezing. They turned off the heating and could only offer us blankets. For the price we payed - heating should not have been an issue. Also the front desk staff was constantly busy due to having only one staff member working reception at a time, this created long lines and waiting time to get helped. Though overall they were helpful.

This is a well located and well organised establishment that provided all the facilities one could wish for from a city break hotel. The rooms are comfortable and all the staff we dealt with were polite, efficient and helpful.
It would be nice to have a bar to come back to in the evening.
